Sales Administrator

Responsibilities

  1. Sales administrative support to sales team
  2. Coordinate invoicing/billing for projects monthly clients
  3. Manage filing system and document coordination
  4. Perform other ad hoc tasks and analysis as assigned

Requirements

  1. Diploma or above in any discipline
  2. 2+ years relevant experience on sales administration
  3. Proactive team player, outgoing, self-motivated, well-organized, good time management
  4. Multi-tasking, independent with strong communication skill
  5. Proficiency in using MS Word, Excel
  6. Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
