Perform clerical and administrative support to sales / project team
Coordinate invoicing/billing for projects monthly with internal and external clients
Manage filing system and document coordination
Generate regular project related reports
Support Sales Manager in orders follow up such as purchase procedure and providing after sales services
Perform other ad hoc tasks and analysis as assigned
Alternate 5.5 days work week
Requirements
Diploma or above in any discipline
2+ years relevant experience on project administration
Proactive team player, outgoing, self-motivated
Multi-tasking, independent with strong communication skill
Proficiency in using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
