Responsibilities

– Responsible for monitoring wages payment and MPF contribution, EC follow up for all workers and validate all related employment records
– Conduct random inspection on sites to verify the identity of workers and to promote effective communication with workers
– Be responsible for handling complaints and enquiries from workers on any matters relating to the payment of wages and other employment conditions
– Provide all necessary assistance to the workers for referring the complaint cases to the Labour Department if necessary
– Work in collaboration with the Labour Department to investigate and verify the validity of the complaints
– Co-ordinate with project teams on the sub-contractor’s document submission
– To prepare the monthly report of WMS to the Project teams
– Based on Head Office and directly report to Head of HR
– Assist in organizing sub-contractors’ or staff activities

Requirements
– Post-secondary qualification in administrative or human resources management is preferable or HKCEE/HKDSE graduate with 5 subjects at Grade E or above including English Syllabus B, Chinese & Mathematics at least
– Minimum 2 years’ hands-on working experience in dealing with sub-contractors’ document collection, with good knowledge and experience of the operation and practices of the construction industry
– Completed Labour Relations Officer course is preferred
– Well-versed HK Employment Ordinance & related ordinances, familiar with payroll, EC and MPF administration
– Good command of both oral and written English and Chinese
– Good communication and problem-solving skills
– Hands-on experience in using MS Office application and Chinese word processing
– Prefer working in office environment
