Develop and design a standardized module for MIMEP
Perform structural analysis and calculation of various steel-based frameworks
Participate and provide DFMA knowhow in the BIM design stage
Communicate with factory and suppliers to develop standard assembly processes and QC plans
Develop and design mechanical modules for the construction of robotic
Source critical parts/material and provide technical support for field trial, troubleshooting, and fault rectification
5 days of work per week
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or relevant.
At least 2 years of relevant working experiences in mechanical product design or structural design.
Experience in 3D CAD software like Creo, Inventor or Solidworks. Knowledge in BIM is a plus.
Familiar with thermal and structural simulation using FEA tools.
Familiar with strength tests and certifications on welded or bolted joint and experiences on report submission.
Experiences in steel structure design, manufacturing and assembly, quality assurance and site installation are preferred.
Good command of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) skill.
Independent, self-motivated and be able to handle multiple tasks.
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Mechanical Engineer.
