Responsible for HRIS enhancement project and the implementation of all HRIS initiatives.
Responsible for on-going system maintenance and future system development and enhancement.
Develop test plans for the HRIS and coordinate User Acceptance Test.
Liaise with IT Department, HRIS vendor and other vendors to ensure project deadlines are met.
Conduct user training and prepare training materials.
Involve in all round C&B functions including payroll calculation, performance management, insurance administration and etc.
Assist to prepare HR analysis reports to management.
Provide support and participate in all ad-hoc department projects as assigned.
Requirements
Degree holders in Human Resources Management or Information Technology/Computer Studies or - Mathematics or related disciplines.
Minimum 4 to 5 years’ of relevant solid working experience in C&B and HRIS, with experience in implementing employee self-service HRIS preferred.
Knowledge of salary review, payroll process, performance management and statistical analysis reports preparation.
Sound knowledge of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other employment-related ordinances.
Independent, take initiative & ownership for completing the task to achieve a quality service and ability to meet deadlines.
Be a good team player, responsible and high integrity, good communication and organization skills.
Good numeric and analytical mind with high accuracy and attentive to details.
Proficient in computer software applications including Excel, PowerPoint and HRIS – IPL is preferred.
Experience with handling Macau payroll is preferred.
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, able to speak Putonghua is a definite advantage.
Immediate available is preferred.
