Careers: Human Resources Officer

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for HRIS enhancement project and the implementation of all HRIS initiatives.
  • Responsible for on-going system maintenance and future system development and enhancement.
  • Develop test plans for the HRIS and coordinate User Acceptance Test.
  • Liaise with IT Department, HRIS vendor and other vendors to ensure project deadlines are met.
  • Conduct user training and prepare training materials.
  • Involve in all round C&B functions including payroll calculation, performance management, insurance administration and etc.
  • Assist to prepare HR analysis reports to management.
  • Provide support and participate in all ad-hoc department projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • Degree holders in Human Resources Management or Information Technology/Computer Studies or - Mathematics or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 4 to 5 years’ of relevant solid working experience in C&B and HRIS, with experience in implementing employee self-service HRIS preferred.
  • Knowledge of salary review, payroll process, performance management and statistical analysis reports preparation.
  • Sound knowledge of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other employment-related ordinances.
  • Independent, take initiative & ownership for completing the task to achieve a quality service and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Be a good team player, responsible and high integrity, good communication and organization skills.
  • Good numeric and analytical mind with high accuracy and attentive to details.
  • Proficient in computer software applications including Excel, PowerPoint and HRIS – IPL is preferred.
  • Experience with handling Macau payroll is preferred.
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, able to speak Putonghua is a definite advantage.
  • Immediate available is preferred.
