Business Development Manager

  1. Develop and implement strategic business development plan for enhancing robotics solutions
  2. Drive and execute sales and business strategies for business growth and developing new business opportunities
  3. Establish and maintain close relationship with potential and existing clients
  4. Work closely with China factories for identifying product specifications and performance based on client requirements
  5. Proactively looking for better alternatives for sales strategies and client service management
  6. Prepare various sales reports analysis and data consolidations
  7. 5 Days work per week


  1. Degree holder in Engineering / Electronics / Business Administration is preferred
  2. 8+ relevant experiences in sales, experience in E&M / robotics / building automation is a plus
  3. Well knowledge with strong market sense in engineering sales and building automation technologies
  4. Well-versed for the tender process, negotiation and closing deals
  5. Strong leadership with a great analytical mind, well organized
  6. Self-motivated, result-orientated with strong team spirit
  7. Proficient in both spoken and written English and Cantonese, fluency in Mandarin is an advantage
