Responsible for providing contract administration services for pre and post contract
Perform cost estimation, cost control, detailed cost analysis and budgeting
Review, and ensure accurate estimates of project pricing and costs to maintain competitive pricing
Assist Senior Management on handling project audit, project commercial supports and management
Coordinate with internal & external stakeholders, including clients, consultants, main contractors & sub-contractors
Evaluate variation orders, monitor payment claims and final accounts settlement
Conduct regular reporting on project status and maintain necessary records
Requirements
Higher Diploma or above in Quantity Surveying / Building Construction / Building Services or other related engineering discipline
3+ years' of relevant QS working experience after obtaining membership from HKIS / RICS
Previous experience on E&M or Design & Build projects would be an advantage
Proficiency in using MS Office application
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Self-motivated, a good team player with strong interpersonal skill
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Cantonese & Mandarin)
